• Develop and uphold standards of care within the Radiology Department. • Provide clinical supervision, ensuring the appropriateness, quality, and safety of patient care. • Deliver direct clinical care through the performance and interpretation of imaging studies. • Lead daily operations of the department and provide medical leadership. • Recruit faculty with the necessary skillsets to meet clinical needs. • Create a modernization roadmap for the department. • Collaborate with pediatric and subspecialty physicians to ensure optimal patient care. • Advocate for programs and resources that optimize departmental outcomes and pediatric patient care. • Lead and participate in the multidisciplinary education of medical students, fellows, house staff, nursing, and medical staff. • Maintain open communication with practice and hospital leadership. • Support administrative decisions and activities affecting patient care.
